Stressless Dental Care Plan

Adult (18 & over) £12.00 per month

Child (6 – 17) £6.00 per month

The above plans include:

· Two detailed examinations per year

· Scale and polish

· Up to two small x-rays as necessary

· Dietary advice and oral health education

· 10% discount for treatment on adult teeth

· 50% discount for treatment on deciduous teeth (milk teeth)

· UK and Worldwide dental accident and emergency cover

Children under 6 will receive two examinations per year, free of charge. Any treatment necessary will be charged as per our private Fee Guide, when attending with their parents or guardians who have joined a plan.

Please note these children will be exempt from the dental accident and emergency cover.

To Join

All you have to do is complete a direct debit mandate and registration form. There is a £10 one off registration fee which is collected with the first monthly payment and your cover will be effective from the next month. If you wish to end the agreement you can do so simply by giving us one months notice. If amounts due to us are not paid for two months in a row, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement.
